Scheduling Policies

Credit Card Required for Reservation:  When you schedule an appointment for a service, we require a credit card number to reserve your scheduled time. 


Cancel At Least 24 Hours Prior:  We ask that, if you must cancel your appointment, you do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, or do not show up for your appointment, your credit card will be charged for 100% of the service total.

Microblading or Full Set of Eyelash Extensions:  When scheduling a Microblading or Full Set of Eyelash Extensions, a $50 down payment is required.  If you cancel your appointment before 24 hours, the $50 will be refunded.  If you cancel after the 24 hours, you forfeit the deposit.  The deposit is applied toward your service.  We kindly ask that all clients cancel 24 hours before your appointment as a courtesy to your service provider as well as other clients.  For all clients who cancel after the 24 hours or do not show up for their appointment, 100% of the service fee will apply before your next appointment. Due to the nature of services, there are no refunds on any service, if you are unhappy for any reason, you must speak to your service provider before you leave the building so we can rectify the situation at that time, again- there are no refunds.  


New Clients:  We ask that new clients arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete necessary paperwork and consult with your service provider with any questions you may have.  


Lateness:  If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment,  your appointment will not exceed the amount of time you were scheduled for.  Full set Eyelash Extension appointments require a 90 minute appointment time.  Lash Touch-up appointments require a 60 minute appointment time.  If you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cut short by 15 minutes and so on, as a courtesy to our next scheduled, arriving client.  If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for a Microblade appointment, you must be rescheduled to the end of the wait list unless otherwise agreed upon by your service provider.
